There are many ways that teachers should be professionals, Firstly they
should use new material and different ways to teach for example take them
outside or teach them by using games, Secondly they have there own skills to
deal with children For example some teachers encourage students to participant
in class by using the Star bored if the students answer correctly they will
give them a star. Finally they should know the students. If they know the
students level at understanding they will know how to let them interact in the
class.
